Ayton Publishing and our imprints

Ayton Publishing Limited was founded in 2012 as a 'niche' market publisher focussng on republishing past works by overlooked and/or forgotten Scots writers. This is the umbrella organisation for all our imprints, societies and projects past, present and future!

Works by and about S.R. Crockett are published under the Ayton Publishing Banner including 'The Galloway Collection' which sees all 32 volumes of Crockett's Galloway based novels brought together for the first time.

First established in Turriff by James Leatham in 1916, The Deveron Press was relaunched in 2016 to commemorate its centenary. It publishes works by and related to James Leatham as well as new works by other 'unco' Scots writers . Please look on the 'authors' page for more information. Please note that as of September 1st 2019 the web address has changed. We are no longer at www.thedeveronpress.scot.
but have migrated to a free service at http://deveronpress.weebly.com
(The reason for this is that we believe prices are being held artificially high for the .scot domain and we are not prepared to pay inflated prices for a 'name')
